This document governs the use of billycartarchitecture.com and all services provided by Billycart Architecture, a structural studio specializing in industrial ergonomics, prototype drafting, and lightweight mechanical chassis design. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Billycart Architecture offers mechanical drafting, geometric optimization, and structural stress testing for low-gravity mobile frames, non-motorized testing platforms, and aerodynamic wooden or composite shells. Our work is strictly limited to kinetic engineering experiments and structural validation. We do not provide general residential architecture, consumer product design, or motorized vehicle engineering.
Clients must provide accurate specifications, intended load parameters, and test environment details for any project. Misrepresentation of intended use or operating conditions may result in termination of services without liability. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for testing their prototypes.
All original drawings, CAD files, structural calculations, and design concepts produced by Billycart Architecture remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their stated purpose. We retain the right to display anonymized project results in our portfolio.
Billycart Architecture provides designs and test platforms on an "as-is" engineering basis. We do not guarantee that any prototype will perform without failure under all conditions. Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific project giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, including injury, property damage, or lost research time arising from the use of our designs.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with seven days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Billycart Architecture reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms or engages in unsafe testing practices.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use of the site or services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
